The StudienServiceStelle is responsible for

  • requests for recognition
  • examination passes
  • Study (plan) transitions
  • registration system (course and examination registrations)
  • grade entry
  • reassigning grades
  • information on studies and all other study matters, as well as for course administration.

Opening Hours

  • Monday: 10.00–12.00 (in WS 2019: also 15.00–16.00)
  • Tuesday: 10.00–12.00 Uhr
  • Thursday: 14.00–16.00 Uhr (If contact is made beforehand, appointments between 16.00 and 18.00 can also be arranged.)

Outside opening hours, we endeavour to process your applications, recognitions and enquiries as quickly as our resources permit. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the fact that we cannot be open during these times.

If opening hours are not possible in individual cases, please make an appointment in advance (!) by e-mail or telephone, preferably during office hours (see below). If this is not possible, please note that I am only available for appointments after, but not before, working hours. In the event of illness, the StudienServiceStelle is closed.
